Goten was stated to have gotten stronger, Trunks is stronger than Goten... Goku isn't even as strong as SPC during the buu saga in SSJ...

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	gotten stronger yes, but goku said if he trained like he was supposed to he would have been able to fight on par with good buu, who's ssj2 tier at most, while yet goku was taking on uub who stronger than good buu in base.

This is buu saga goku though, Wouldn't that mean that Goten and Trunks was atleast low-mid SSJ2 Tier since Good Buu is High SSj2 Tier while Buu Saga goku isn't even FP Perfect Cell level imo as an SSJ.

Chrome Favourite Manga Seven Deadly Sins, Food Wars, Onepunch-Man	Base Goten made Base Gohan give some effort in their sparring IIRC. So unless you think Gohan himself is piss weak, Goten shouldn't be that far behind Goku. I'd say maybe 2x, tops.
